This is an easy recipe for delicious brioches buns. My children like them round and sweet for a snack, or to fill with chocolate spread and enjoy for breakfast. The recipe is plain, so you can add your favourite flavourings as you needed: chocolate chips, cinnamon, orange blossom, geranium syrup... enjoy! If you don't have dried yeast, you can use 20 grams fresh yeast instead. User generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.
