Fun coffee ganache filled chocolates decorated with white chocolate, great for gifting. To create the white chocolate flicks, use a spoon in a quick backwards and forwards motion to create thin lines.

Step preview
- Fit the Creaming Beater
- Add cream into the warming bowl, fit the splashguard
- Heat - 5 minutes, heat setting 6, speed Stir 1
- Add the next ingredients
- Heat and then scrape down the bowl - 3 minutes, heat setting 6, speed Stir 1
- Heat - 1 minute 30 seconds, heat setting 6, speed Stir 1
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and let cool
- Using a spoon, flick white chocolate across the moulds to create thin lines
- Clean the warming bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
- Add 360 g of chocolate into the warming bowl, fit the splashguard
- Heat - 10 minutes, heat setting 6, speed Stir 3
- Then add 180 g of chocolate
- Mix - 3 minutes, speed Stir 2
- Heat - 2 minutes, heat setting 2, speed Stir 2
- Coat the mould with a layer of chocolate
- Chill in the fridge until set
- Pipe a layer of ganache into the mould
- Cover with another layer of chocolate
- Shake the mould to level the chocolate
- Chill in the fridge until solidified – 30 minutes
- Serve
