  1. Pre-heat the oven - 200 °C
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Attach the K-Beater
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  6. Mix - 1 min, Speed 1
  7. Add the next ingredients into the appliance bowl
  8. Grate apple into the appliance bowl
  9. Knead until smooth - 1 min, Speed 1
  10. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and shape into a log
  11. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  12. Shape each piece into a ball and place onto the prepared baking tray
  13. Using a sharp knife, cut a cross into the top of each dough ball
  14. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
  16. Serve
