Flavoured with banana, pecan, and sea salt flakes, this quick ice cream recipe is made with only six ingredients, perfect for cooling down on a hot summer’s day. Serve immediately or freeze until needed (up to one month) and simply re-blend until soft.

  1. Fit the Whisk Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Whisk – 2 minutes, speed 3
  4. Whisk until stiff peaks formed – 2 minutes, speed 4
  5. Remove the bowl from the machine and set aside
  6. Then add banana and the whipped cream into the Blender attachment
  7. Blend until smooth – 2 minutes, speed 3
  8. Remove the attachment from the machine
  9. Transfer the banana cream into an airtight container
  10. Add the remaining ingredients and stir through
  11. Freeze, stirring halfway through, until firmed up – 2 hours
  12. Serve
