  1. Fit the Creaming Beater
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Mix - 3 minutes, speed 2
  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Mix then scrape the bowl – 1 minute, speed 2

  7. Mix – 1 minute, speed 1
  8. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap
  9. Chill in the fridge – 30 minutes
  10. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  11. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface
  12. Using a rolling pin, roll out until 0.5cm thick
  13. Using a 7.5cm round cutter, cut out circles
  14. Place the dough rounds on the baking tray
  15. Bake until lightly golden – 10 minutes, 180ºC
  16. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  17. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  18. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  19. Mix - 1 minute, speed Min
  20. Spoon the icing onto the cookies
  21. While the icing is semi set, place a marshmallow on each cookie
  22. Let the icing set completely
  23. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  24. Mix – 1 minute, speed Min
  25. Divide the icing between small bowls
  26. Add black food colouring into one bowl and orange food colouring into the second one
  27. Mix until combined and desired colour achieved
  28. Transfer the icing into two piping bags and cut 0.2 cm from the tip
  29. Pipe eyes, nose, buttons and arms using the icing
  30. Let the icing dry
  31. Serve
