Step preview

  1. Pre-heat the oven – 180°C
  2. Assemble the food processor attachment to the machine
  3. Fit the coarse grating disc (4), attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  4. Grate the courgettes and onions in the food processor bowl using the pusher
  5. Remove the attachment from the machine
  6. Add the oil in the appliance bowl
  7. Fit the Stir Tool
  8. Heat - 3 minutes, 120°C, speed 2
  9. Add the grated onions and courgettes
  10. Season with salt, pepper and paprika
  11. Cook - 10 minutes, 95°C, speed 1
  12. Add the egg, cornflour and gruyère in a salad bowl
  13. Whisk until well combined
  14. Transfer the courgettes mixture into a loaf tin
  15. Transfer the egg mixture into the tin
  16. Bake – 40 min, 180°C
  17. Serve
