Step preview

  1. Pre-heat the oven - 150ºC
  2. Grease a round tin and line with wafer paper
  3. Fit the Stir Tool and Stir Assist clip
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Cook - 4 minutes, 105ºC, speed Stir 2
  6. Then add the next ingredients
  7. Stir – 2 minutes, speed 1
  8. Transfer the mixture into the round tin
  9. Bake – 35 minutes, 150ºC
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
  11. Turn out the cake onto a cooling rack and let cool – 30 minutes
  12. Dust with icing sugar
  13. Serve
