Step preview

  1. Fit the Dough Tool

  3. Knead - 10 minutes, speed 1
  4. Remove the Dough Tool
  5. Prove - 1 hour, 30°C, speed Off
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly brush with butter
  7. Place the dough onto a lightly floured worksurface
  8. Divide the dough into equal pieces
  9. Roll into balls and place onto the tray, evenly spaced apart
  10. Brush the dough balls with milk
  11. Leave to rise - 30 minutes
  12. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  13. Place a heatproof bowl with water into the bottom of the oven
  14. Brush the dough balls again with milk
  15. Bake until golden brown - 15 minutes, 180ºC
  16. Remove from the oven and let cool
  17. Serve
