Step preview

  1. Preheat an oven to 150ºC
  2. Grease a doughnut pan and set aside
  3. Fit the Whisk Tool
  4. Add egg whites into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. While the machine is running, add the sugar in 3 batches
  6. Whisk until stiff peaks form - 5 minutes, speed 4
  7. Remove the Whisk Tool and fit the K-Beater
  8. Then add the next ingredients
  9. Mix until well combined - 1 minute, speed 3
  10. Transfer the mixture into the pan
  11. Bake until golden brown - 20 minutes, 150°C
  12. Remove from the oven and let cool
  13. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  14. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  15. Whisk until smooth and glossy - 3 minutes, speed 5
  16. Remove the bowl from the machine
  17. Dip each doughnut into the icing to coat the top
  18. Fill the centre of the icing with honey
  19. Decorate with almonds
  20. Set aside until the icing has set
  21. Serve
