Candy Cane Biscuits are delightful, festive treats that capture the joy of the holiday season. These biscuits are shaped like traditional candy canes, featuring a distinct red and white striped pattern that instantly brings to mind images of Christmas. The biscuits are made from a buttery, lightly sweetened dough that is flavoured with vanilla, giving them a delightful aroma and taste. They can be decorated with a sprinkle of sugar or a drizzle of icing to add an extra touch of sweetness and visual appeal. This recipe makes around 35 biscuits, however, the dough can be made and frozen in batches for convenience.
