  1. Peel the oranges and remove any white pith
  2. Finely slice the peel and roughly chop the orange flesh
  3. Fit the Stir Tool
  4. Add water into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Heat – 5 minutes, 110ºC, speed Off
  6. Add orange peel
  7. Cook – 10 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 2
  8. Drain orange peel and discard water
  9. Fit the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  10. Add orange flesh and sugar into the appliance bowl
  11. Cook – 20 minutes, 108ºC, speed Stir 2
  12. Add cooked orange peel and cinnamon stick
  13. Cook – 30 minutes, 102ºC, speed Stir 2
  14. Transfer the marmellata into the sterilised jar and let cool
  15. Serve
