Step preview

  1. Preheat an oven - 150ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Add the ingredients to baking tray and spread in an even layer
  4. Bake - 30 minutes, 150ºC
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool
  6. Fit the K-Beater
  7. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  8. Add the flour and almonds mixture, fit the splashguard
  9. Mix - 2 minutes, speed 3
  10. Transfer the dough onto a work surface
  11. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in a plastic wrap
  12. Chill in a fridge - 20 minutes
  13. Preheat the oven - 150ºC
  14. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  15. Place the chilled dough on a lightly floured work surface and roll out to 2.5 cm thick
  16. Cut out 3 cm circles then place them on the prepared baking tray
  17. Bake - 30 minutes, 150ºC
  18. Remove from the oven and let cool
  19. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  20. Serve
