Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, unsalted butter and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  7. Knead lightly
  8. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  9. Roll into balls
  10. Let rest - 30 min
  11. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  12. Brush with unsalted butter
  13. Fold in half, then half again
  14. Roll into balls
  15. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  16. Pre-heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  17. Brush with unsalted butter
  18. Working in batches, place the dough in the pan
  19. Fry - 4 min, medium heat
  20. Fry the rest of the dough, brushing with more butter before each one
  21. Serve
