Step preview
- Add the ingredients into a medium bowl and mix to combine
- Cover and refrigerate until needed
- Make the fritters:
- Fit the Whisk Tool
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
- Whisk until smooth – 2 minutes, speed 2
- Remove the Whisk Tool and fit the Stir Tool
- Add the next ingredients
- Mix until well combined – 2 minutes, speed 1
- Line a plate with paper towels
- Add oil into a frying pan until 1 cm in depth
- Heat – 1 minute, medium heat
- Add 2 Tbsp of fritter mixture into the pan to form one fritter
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture, until the pan is full, ensuring the fritters are spaced apart
- Cook until golden – 2 minutes, medium heat
- Carefully flip the fritters over and cook - 2 minutes, medium heat
- Transfer the fritters onto the prepared plate
- Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter
- Serve
