  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Fit the K-Beater
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  4. Mix and then scrape the bowl - 2 minutes, speed 2
  5. Mix – 1 minute, speed 2
  6. Line a work surface with parchment paper
  7. Place the dough on the paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper
  8. Roll out until 1 cm thick and cut into 5 cm circles
  9. Place the cookies on the baking tray
  10. Chill in the fridge – 30 minutes
  11. Now, make the crumble
  12. Preheat the oven - 190ºC
  13. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  14. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  15. Pulse until combined and crumbs formed
  16. Remove the attachment from the machine
  17. Spoon about 1 tsp of jam on the biscuits
  18. Top with crumble mixture
  19. Bake – 15 minutes, 190ºC
  20. Remove from the oven and let cool
  21. Serve
