Step preview

  1. Line the tin with parchment paper
  2. Add the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to combine
  3. Fit the Stir Tool
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  5. Heat - 2 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 1
  6. Cook - 1 minutes, 120ºC, speed Off
  7. Add the content of the appliance bowl into the tahini mixture and stir to combine
  8. Add 60 g of pistachios and mix until just combined
  9. Transfer into the prepared tin, smooth the top and sprinkle with the remaining pistachios
  10. Set aside to cool – 1 hour
  11. Refrigerate until set – 2 hours
  12. Slice
  13. Serve
