Step preview

  1. Fit the Midi Blade (or Knife Blade for CookEasy+)
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid
  3. Mix – 2 minutes, speed 7
  4. Transfer the mixture into a medium bowl and cover
  5. Let rest – 30 minutes
  6. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  7. Add oil into the appliance bowl, attach the lid
  8. Heat - 140ºC, speed 3
  9. Add the next ingredient
  10. Cook - 10 minutes, 120ºC, speed 3
  11. Then add the next ingredient
  12. Stir with the filler cap fitted - 5 minutes, 120ºC, speed 4
  13. Add the remaining ingredients
  14. Stir – 30 seconds, speed 6
  15. Preheat the oven - 190ºC
  16. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper
  17. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and roll out until 2mm thick
  18. Using a 5cm cutter, cut out rounds
  19. Place 1-2 Tbsp of filling in the middle of each round
  20. Form the filling into a triangle
  21. Fold the edges of the dough into a triangle and press to seal
  22. Place the pies on the baking tray
  23. Bake – 20 minutes, 190ºC
  24. Remove from the oven and let cool
  25. Serve
