Step preview

  1. Line the tin with parchment paper
  2. Add the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to combine
  3. Fit the Stir Tool
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  5. Heat - 2 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 1
  6. Cook - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed Off
  7. Add the content of the appliance bowl into the tahini mixture and stir to combine
  8. Add the next ingredients and mix until just combined
  9. Set aside to cool – 1 hour
  10. Transfer the mixture into prepared tin, smooth the top and sprinkle with the remaining peanuts
  11. Refrigerate until set – 2 hours
  12. Slice
  13. Serve
