Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven – 180°C
  2. Fit the Stir Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap
  4. Cook - 2 minutes, 90ºC, speed 4
  5. Cook - 5 minutes, 75ºC, speed 4
  6. Add butternut squash into a baking dish
  7. Strain over the cream mixture and top with breadcrumbs
  8. Bake – 20 minutes, 180°C
  9. Serve
