Step preview

  1. Preheat a frying pan – high heat
  2. Add the ingredients into the frying pan
  3. Cook, turning occasionally, until blackened and charred – 7 minutes, high heat
  4. Transfer the vegetables into a bowl
  5. Cover with plastic wrap to let steam and continue
  6. Add tomatoes into the hot frying pan
  7. Cook, turning halfway, until charred – 10 minutes, high heat
  8. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly
  9. Fit the Knife Blade
  10. Transfer the tomatoes into the appliance bowl
  11. Then add the rest of the ingredients
  12. Uncover the bowl of vegetables
  13. Peel the garlic
  14. Coarsely chop the onion and garlic, then add with the tomatoes
  15. Peel the chillies, deseed, destem then add with the tomatoes
  16. Pulse until chopped - 30 seconds
  17. Blend until combined - 30 seconds
  18. Transfer the salsa into a serving bowl
  19. Serve with tortilla chips
  20. Serve
