Chocolate bark is a quick way of making personalised chocolate gifts, this is an Easter version which uses lightly crushed mini chocolate eggs, however you could personalise it by using sweets or sprinkles of your choice. For best results use a good quality chocolate with a high cocoa content and allow the chocolate to set at room temperature if you have time, this will help prevent the chocolate from 'blooming'- where a white chalky finish appears on the chocolate.
