  1. Add the ingredients into the Blender
  2. Select the Blend preset
  3. Preheat a frying pan – medium-high heat
  4. Add butter into the frying pan
  5. Heat until melted - medium-high heat
  6. Spoon the batter into the frying pan, just enough to cover the pan
  7. Cook on each side until it starts to brown – medium-high heat
  8. Transfer the pancake to a plate
  9. Repeat the same with the remaining batter
  10. Spread cream cheese on each pancake
  11. Top with smoked salmon
  12. Serve
