  4. Whisk until combined - 1 minute, speed 3
  5. Then add the next ingredients slowly while the machine is running
  6. Whisk until incorporated - 5 minutes, speed Max
  7. Transfer the mixture into a clean bowl and cover with plastic wrap
  8. Chill in the fridge until needed
  9. Making the hot honey chicken wings:
  10. Add the ingredients into a clean bowl and mix to combine
  11. Then add chicken wings and mix until coated
  12. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap
  13. Chill in the fridge - 30 minutes
  14. Preheat the oven - 160ºC
  15. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  16. Transfer the chicken to the baking tray, gently shaking off the excess flour
  17. Bake until golden brown - 1 hour, 160ºC
  18. Remove from the oven and set aside
  19. Keep the oven turned on - 160°C
  20. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  21. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  22. Stir until combined - 30 seconds, speed Stir 4
  23. Cook until aromatic - 15 minutes, 105ºC, speed Stir 4
  24. Then add lime juice
  25. Stir until combined - 30 seconds, speed Stir 1
  26. Then add the chicken and stir with a wooden spoon to coat
  27. Transfer the chicken back to the baking tray
  28. Bake until hot - 5 minutes, 160ºC
  29. Serve
