  1. Making the roasted cauliflower:
  2. Add oil into a roasting tin
  3. Then add the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine
  4. Coat each cauliflower floret in the marinade and then place in the roasting tin
  5. Cover with aluminium foil and let rest - 2 hours
  6. Preheat the oven - 200ºC
  7. Roast the cauliflower covered with foil - 20 minutes, 200ºC
  8. Remove the foil
  9. Roast until golden brown - 20 minutes, 200ºC
  10. Making the harissa chickpeas:
  11. Fit the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  12. Add oil into the appliance bowl
  13. Heat - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed off
  14. Then add the ingredients
  15. Cook until caramelised - 15 minutes, 140ºC, speed Stir 2
  16. Then add the next ingredients
  17. Cook until fragrant – 2 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 2
  18. Then add honey
  19. Cook until combined - 2 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 2
  20. Then add the next ingredient
  21. Cook until combined - 5 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 2
  22. Then add chickpeas
  23. Cook until softened - 5 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 2
  24. Serve
