Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven – 180ºC
  2. Squeeze as much water from the spinach as possible and set aside
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add eggs into the appliance bowl
  5. Mix until beaten – 2 minutes, speed 2
  6. Then add spinach and the next ingredients
  7. Mix until combined – 1 minute, speed Min
  8. Brush the base and sides of baking dish with olive oil
  9. Place a sheet of filo pastry in the bottom of the baking dish and brush with a little olive oil
  10. Repeat the layering and brushing process 5 more times, until you have 6 layers of pastry
  11. Spoon the filling evenly over the pastry
  12. Cover with another 6 sheets of filo pastry, brushing each one with oil
  13. Fold any overhanging pastry into the baking dish and brush the top with olive oil
  14. Bake until golden – 45 minutes, 180ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool – 20 minutes
  16. Serve
