A sweet chutney that works well on a cheeseboard, with duck and chicken or with pate. Remember to use a sterilised jar and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  3. Cook until softened - 5 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 2
  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Cook until combined - 2 minutes, 140ºC, speed Stir 2
  6. Cook until the mixture has thickened - 10 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 3
  7. Let cool slightly
  8. Transfer the chutney into a sterilised jar and let cool
  9. Chill in the fridge until needed
  10. Use as desired
