Step preview

  1. Line a tin with parchment paper
  2. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  3. Add biscuits into the attachment
  4. Blend until crushed – 30 seconds, speed 5
  5. Transfer the crushed biscuits into a clean bowl
  6. Then add melted butter and mix by hand to combine
  7. Transfer the biscuits mixture into the tin and spread evenly
  8. Using the back of a spoon, press the mixture firmly into the tin
  9. Chill in the fridge – 30 minutes
  10. Fit the K-Beater
  11. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  12. Mix until combined – 2 minutes, speed 4
  13. Transfer the mixture into the tin, reserving 2-3 Tbsp for decorating the top
  14. Level with a spatula
  15. Chill in the fridge until set – 1 hour
  16. Transfer the remaining mixture into a piping bag fitted with an open star tip and set aside
  17. Slice the cheesecake into eight rectangular slices
  18. Pipe the remaining cheesecake mixture on top
  19. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve
  20. Serve
