  1. Fit the Dough Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Knead until combined - 2 minutes, speed 2
  4. Then add butter
  5. Knead until a dough has formed - 5 minutes, speed Min
  6. Then add chocolate chips
  7. Knead until combined - 30 seconds, speed Min
  8. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel
  9. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour 30 minutes
  10. Grease a loaf tin
  11. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  12. Gently pull the edges into the centre to form a ball
  13. Then shape the dough into a log and divide into 8 equal pieces
  14. Let rest – 10 minutes
  15. Take one piece of dough and shape into a ball
  16. Repeat this action with the rest of the dough pieces
  17. Place the dough balls in two rows of 4 into the loaf tin
  18. Cover with a kitchen towel and prove until doubled in size - 1 hour
  19. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  20. Brush the dough with beaten egg
  21. Bake until golden brown - 30 minutes, 180ºC
  22. Serve
