Step preview

  1. Fit the Coarse grating disc to the Food Processor attachment
  2. Grate cucumber into the attachment – 30 seconds, speed 3
  3. Transfer the grated cucumber into a clean towel and squeeze as much excess liquid as possible
  4. Remove the Coarse grating disc and fit the Knife Blade
  5. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  6. Blend until combined – 10 seconds, speed 1
  7. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl
  8. Then add the grated cucumber and mix to combine
  9. Serve
