Step preview

  1. Add the ingredients into a bowl until the bread is covered
  2. Drain immediately and squeeze out any excess water
  3. Fit the fine grating disc to the Food Processor attachment
  4. Grate onion into the attachment – 10 seconds, speed 3
  5. Remove the Fine grating disc and fit the Knife Blade
  6. Add the ingredient into the attachment
  7. Then add the soaked bread
  8. Blend until combined – 30 seconds, speed 1
  9. Then add the next ingredients
  10. Blend until combined – 20 seconds, speed 1
  11. Then add olive oil slowly when the machine is running
  12. Blend until smooth and well combined – 2 minutes, speed 1
  13. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl
  14. Drizzle with olive oil
  15. Garnish, if desired
  16. Serve
