Step preview

  1. Fit the Stir Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl

  4. Pour prepared syrup into a large container
  5. Set aside to cool at room temperature - 1 hour

  7. Add the next ingredients into the container, stir to combine then cover with plastic wrap
  8. Chill in the fridge - 4 hours

  10. Start the machine, slowly pour the chilled mixture and mix - 30 minutes, speed Min
  11. Transfer the sorbet into an airtight container
  12. Cover with a lid and chill in the freezer - 8 hours
  13. Add the ingredients onto a small plate and mix to combine
  14. Rub a lime wedge around the rims of the margarita glasses, then dip them gently onto the plate to coat the rim
  15. Scoop the sorbet into the glasses
  16. Serve
