Ingredients

Step preview

  1. Fit the Dough Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the warming bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Knead until the dough has formed - 5 minutes, speed 1
  4. Remove the Dough Tool
  5. Prove until doubled in size - 40 minutes, heat setting 2, speed Off
  6. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
  7. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces
  8. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  9. Shape each piece into a ball
  10. Cover with a tea towel and let rest - 10 minutes
  11. Preheat the oven - 250ºC
  12. Sprinkle semolina onto the baking tray
  13. Dampen your hands slightly to prevent the dough from sticking
  14. Take one of the dough balls, and place upside down on the lightly floured work surface
  15. Carefully flatten the dough with your wrist
  16. Roll out the dough into a large circle, about 5 mm thick
  17. Leave the outer 1 cm edge of the dough higher than the centre to form the crust
  18. Repeat the same process with the other dough ball
  19. Place one pizza on a lightly floured pizza peel
  20. Gently slide pizza off the peel onto one of the preheated baking trays
  21. Garnish your pizza as desired
  22. Repeat the same process with the other dough ball
  23. Bake until golden - 10 minutes, 250ºC
  24. Serve
