Step preview

  1. Making the sausage roll:
  2. Fit the Knife blade to the Food Processor attachment
  3. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  4. Mix until combined then scrape the bowl - 20 seconds, speed 4
  5. Mix until thoroughly combined - 20 seconds, speed 4
  6. Remove the attachment from the machine and set aside
  7. Preheat the oven - 200ºC
  8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
  9. Place the pastry on a lightly floured surface and divide into two equal pieces
  10. Roll out each piece into a rectangle, about 30 cm x 11 cm
  11. Spoon the filling in the centre of each pastry along the longest length
  12. Brush one edge of each pastry with some of the beaten egg
  13. Fold the other edge over the filling to meet the opposite edge of pastry
  14. Use a fork to score the edges of the pastry and seal
  15. Slice into 4 cm rolls
  16. Place onto the baking tray and brush with more beaten egg
  17. Bake until golden brown - 30 minutes, 200°C
  18. Remove from the oven and let cool
  19. Making the cranberry sauce:
  20. Fit the Stir Tool
  21. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  22. Cook until the cranberries burst - 10 minutes, 90ºC, speed Stir 3
  23. Remove the bowl from the machine and crush the cranberries slightly
  24. Making the feta dip:
  25. Clean and fit the Knife blade to the Food Processor attachment
  26. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  27. Mix until well combined - about 30 seconds, speed 4
  28. Transfer prepared dip into a clean bowl and add the cranberry sauce on top alongside the sausage rolls
  29. Serve
