  10. Remove the grating disc
  11. Fit the slicing disc, setting 4 or Thick slicing disc to the Food Processor attachment

  14. Transfer the sliced onions into the bowl with carrots
  15. Squeeze as much water as possible from the grated courgettes, then transfer to the bowl with the carrots and spring onions
  16. Then add the next ingredients and mix until well combined
  17. Line a plate with paper towels
  18. Preheat the frying pan until hot - medium heat
  19. Add oil into the frying pan
  20. Heat until hot - medium heat
  21. Add heaped spoonfuls of the mixture to the pan, ensuring each fritter is spaced apart
  22. Flatten the fritters with the back of the spoon until 2 cm thick
  23. Fry until golden brown and crisp, flipping halfway through - 6 minutes
  24. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture, adding more oil if needed
  25. Serve
