  1. Making the muffins:
  2. Preheat the oven - 170ºC
  3. Line the muffin tin with paper cases
  4. Fit the Creaming Beater
  5. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  6. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 1
  7. Then add the next ingredients
  8. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 3
  9. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases
  10. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean - 20 minutes, 170ºC
  11. Remove the tin from the oven and let cool
  12. Making the frosting:
  13. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  14. Add butter into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  15. Mix until light and fluffy - 20 seconds, speed 2
  16. Then add the next ingredients
  17. Mix until combined and then scrape the bowl - 20 second, speed 2
  18. Mix until combined - 10 seconds, speed 1
  19. Using a palette knife, decorate the top of the muffins with the frosting
  20. Sprinkle the muffins with the remaining ingredients
  21. Serve
