Step preview

  1. Fit the Whisk Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Whisk until light and fluffy - 3 minutes, speed Max
  4. Sift the next ingredients into a clean bowl
  5. Transfer 1/3 of the flour mixture into the appliance bowl
  6. Then add 1/3 of the melted butter and fold in until combined
  7. Repeat the same process with the remaining flour mixture and melted butter
  8. Transfer the mixture into a clean bowl and chill in the fridge - 1 hour
  9. Preheat the oven - 175ºC
  10. Brush the madeleine tin with melted butter
  11. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mixture into each hole
  12. Bake until light brown - 12 minutes, 175ºC
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  14. Once cool, place the madeleines onto a sheet of clean baking paper
  15. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  16. Add chocolate into the appliance bowl
  17. Heat until melted - 5 minutes, 45ºC, speed Stir 1
  18. Using a piping bag or spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over the madeleines
  19. Let set at room temperature
  20. Serve
