  1. Preheat the oven - 100ºC
  2. Draw a 25 cm circle on a parchment paper and flip it over
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  4. Fit the Whisk Tool
  5. Add egg whites into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  6. Whisk until soft peaks have formed - 2 minutes, speed Max
  7. Then add sugar gradually while the machine is running
  8. Whisk until thick and glossy - 5 minutes, speed Max
  9. Transfer the meringue onto the baking tray, spread inside the circle and make a dip in the middle
  10. Make the sides higher by scraping of the meringue upwards
  11. Bake until set and dry - 1 hour, 100ºC
  12. Turn the oven off and leave the meringue inside to cool completely - 1 hour
  13. Place the meringue on a serving plate
  14. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  15. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  16. Whisk until the mixture has thickened - 1 minute 20 seconds, speed Max
  17. Spread out the whipped cream onto the meringue
  18. Decorate with mixed fresh fruit
  19. Serve
