Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 160ºC
  2. Grease a loaf tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined - about 3 minutes, speed 3
  6. Then add raspberries
  7. Mix until combined - about 30 seconds, speed Min
  8. Transfer the batter into the tin
  9. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean - 50 minutes, 160ºC
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool
  11. Add the ingredients into a clean bowl and mix until combined
  12. Then slowly add the next ingredients, mixing before adding more
  13. Mix until combined and until the icing drops off the spoon
  14. Drizzle the cake with the icing
  15. Serve
