Step preview

  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Mix until the dough comes together - about 3 minutes, speed 4
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge - 30 minutes
  5. Making the icing:
  6. Clean the appliance bowl and fit Whisk Tool
  7. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  8. Whisk until the mixture starts to come together - about 1 minute, speed 4
  9. Whisk until smooth - about 2 minutes, speed Max
  10. Transfer the icing into a piping bag and set aside
  11. Preheat the oven - 190ºC
  12. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  13. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
  14. Roll out the dough until 5 mm thick
  15. Cut out the dough using the cutter
  16. Place the dough rounds on the baking tray
  17. Bake until set - 20 minutes, 190ºC
  18. Remove from the oven and let cool
  19. Pipe the icing onto half of the biscuits
  20. Place the other half of the biscuits on top of the icing
  21. Serve
