Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 175ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add mozzarella into the appliance bowl
  5. Heat until cheese is melted - 5 minutes, 70ºC, speed Stir 1
  6. Then add the next ingredients
  7. Mix until a dough is formed - 1 minute, speed 2
  8. Place the dough in between two sheets of parchment paper, working quickly as the cheese will set as it cools
  9. Roll out the dough until 2 mm thick
  10. Cut out tortilla chip sized triangles
  11. Place the dough triangles on the baking tray, spaced 2 cm apart
  12. Bake until golden - 12 minutes, 175ºC
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  14. Serve
