  4. Clip into place and wrap the excess foil on the sides of the tin
  5. Add the ingredients into a saucepan
  6. Heat until melted - about 5 minutes, medium heat
  7. Then add biscuits and mix until combined
  8. Transfer the biscuit mixture into the tin
  9. Spread out evenly and pat down firmly
  10. Bake until firm to touch - 10 minutes, 180°C
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool
  12. Increase the oven temperature - 220°C
  13. Making the filling:
  14. Fit the K-Beater
  15. Add cheese into the appliance bowl
  16. Mix until smooth, then scrape the bowl - about 2 minutes, speed 2
  17. Then add the next ingredients
  18. Mix until well combined, then scrape the bowl - about 30 seconds, speed 3
  19. Then add the next ingredients
  20. Mix until combined, then scrape the bowl - about 1 minute, speed 2
  21. Mix until creamy - about 30 seconds, speed 3
  22. Brush the sides of the tin with butter
  23. Pour the creamy mixture into the tin and spread until level
  24. Place the tin onto a baking tray
  25. Bake until set - 10 minutes, 220°C
  26. Reduce the temperature and bake until the edges are golden brown - 1 hour, 90°C
  27. Turn off the oven, leaving the cheesecake inside - 2 hours
  28. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the tin
  29. Serve
