Step preview

  1. Add potatoes into a pot and cover with water
  2. Then add salt
  3. Cook until boiling - high heat
  4. Drain the potatoes into a colander
  5. Place the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray and set aside
  6. Fit the Stir Tool & Stir Assist Clip
  7. Add oil into the appliance bowl
  8. Heat until hot - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed Off
  9. Then add onion
  10. Cook until translucent - 5 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 2
  11. Then add the next ingredients
  12. Cook until fragrant - 5 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 2
  13. Then add the next ingredients
  14. Cook until the sauce thickened - 20 minutes, 102ºC, speed Stir 3
  15. Then add the next ingredients
  16. Mix until combined - 1 minute, speed Stir 1
  17. Remove the bowl form the machine and let cool - 15 minutes
  18. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  19. Transfer the tomato sauce into the attachment
  20. Mix until smooth - 1 minute, speed 2
  21. Remove the attachment from the machine
  22. Add oil into a large frying pan
  23. Heat until hot - medium heat
  24. Then add the cooled potatoes
  25. Fry, tossing occasionally, until potatoes are cooked through and crispy - medium heat
  26. Season with salt
  27. Transfer the potatoes onto a serving plate and spoon over the bravas sauce
  28. Serve
