Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 165ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  4. Add all the ingredients into the attachment
  5. Mix until fully combined and smooth, then scrape the bowl - 30 seconds, speed 1
  6. Remove the attachment from the machine
  7. Scoop a heaped teaspoon of the mixture onto the baking tray
  8. Flatten out to about 1 mm thick circle
  9. Repeat with the remaining mixture, and space the circles 5 cm apart, as they will spread
  10. Bake until golden and crisp - 25 minutes, 165ºC
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  12. Serve
