Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 210ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  4. Add cauliflower florets into the attachment
  5. Mix until the texture resembles the consistency of rice - 1 minute, speed 1
  6. Remove the attachment from the machine
  7. Fit the K-Beater
  8. Add the mixed cauliflower and the next ingredients into the appliance bowl
  9. Mix until combined - 1 minute, speed 1
  10. Transfer the mixture onto the baking tray
  11. Shape into a rectangle, about 22 cm x 16 cm, ensuring the thickness is at least 2 cm
  12. Bake until lightly golden - 25 minutes, 210ºC
  13. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella
  14. Bake until the cheese is melted - 5-10 minutes, 210ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let rest - 2 minutes
  16. Serve
