  8. Then add wine
  9. Cook until reduced - 15 minute, 105ºC, speed Stir 3
  10. Then add honey
  11. Cook until the sauce is thick, and sticky - 5 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 3
  12. Transfer into a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley
  13. Serve
