  1. Preheat the oven - 210ºC
  2. Grease a bundt tin
  3. Add the ingredients into a bowl, whisk until combined and light in colour, and then set aside
  4. Fit the Whisk Tool
  5. Add egg whites into the appliance bowl
  6. Whisk until soft peaks have formed - 1 minute, speed Max
  7. Then add sugar gradually while the machine is running
  8. Whisk until light and fluffy - 3 minutes, speed Max
  9. Gently fold 1/3 of cornflour and 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk mixture
  10. Repeat the same with the remaining cornflour and meringue until combined
  11. Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt tin
  12. Bake until the cake has risen - 6 minutes, 210ºC
  13. Reduce the oven temperature - 120ºC
  14. Bake until golden brown - 30 minutes, 120ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
  16. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely
  17. Dust with icing sugar
  18. Serve
