  2. Prepare the cucumber for the attachment
  3. Grate in batches, if necessary - speed 4
  4. Transfer the grated cucumber into a clean bowl

  6. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  7. Blend until combined - about 30 seconds, speed 5
  8. Transfer the mixture into the bowl containing the grated cucumber and mix to combine
