  1. Fit the Dough Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Knead until the dough is flexible and homogenous - about 5 minutes, speed Min
  4. Remove the appliance bowl from the machine and cover with a damp tea towel
  5. Prove until doubled - 1 hour
  6. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  7. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  8. Turn the dough over and shape into a loaf
  9. Place the dough into a loaf tin, seam side up
  10. Cover the dough with a damp tea towel
  11. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour
  12. Preheat the oven - 220ºC
  13. Place a tray of boiling water into the bottom of the oven
  14. Remove the tea towel form the tin and place the loaf tin into the oven
  15. Bake until hollow-sounding when tapped - 25 minutes, 220ºC
  16. Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack
  17. Serve
