  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice onion and red bell pepper into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add chicken breast to the kCook bowl into strips
  12. Add ginger purée and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min 30 sec, 160°C, speed 4
  14. Then add black bean sauce to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 120°C, speed 4
  16. Season to taste
  17. Garnish with green onion
  18. Serve
