Step preview
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Add fresh parsley, dill, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to a clean medium bowl
- Stir with tablespoon then set aside
- Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 liter mark
- Add bay leaves and salt to the kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Heat with filler cap fitted - 100°C
- Then add carrot and baby potato to the kCook bowl
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice zucchini into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Cook with filler cap removed - approx 3 min, 100°C
- Add cod fillet to the steamer tray to top shelf
- Steam - 10 min, 104°C
- Ladle content of kCook bowl into 4 medium bowls
- Transfer fish to 4 medium bowls
- Drizzle 4 medium bowls with sauce
- Serve
